We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed (or, for Interac e-Transfer, once received). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
Due to the nature of hair products, unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within a reasonable period of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened or used hair products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before returning any item.
Appointment requests submitted through our website are requests only and are confirmed once approved by our team. We may require a deposit to secure certain bookings. Please arrive on time for your appointment — late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings, at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
By submitting a review or other content to our website, you grant us permission to display and use that content in connection with our business. We reserve the right to remove any content we consider inappropriate, false, or in violation of these terms.
